Who we are
East Midlands Demolition and Asbestos (EMDA), based in Leicester, is responsible for the personal information you give us through this website. Contact: eastmidlandsda@gmail.com or 07519 360608.
What we collect
When you use our quote form we collect your name, phone number, and anything else you choose to give us, such as your email address, the job postcode, job details and photos. If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp or Facebook, we receive the details you send.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out the work. We use it because you've asked us to (steps before entering into a contract) and, where we keep job records, because we have a legitimate interest in running our business. We don't sell your details or use them for marketing.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are processed by our website host, Netlify, and sent to our email inbox. We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to deal with your request and any work that follows.

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
